Every proposal we photograph is special, but there's something extra meaningful about capturing the exact moment it happens, and that's exactly what we got to do with Paige and Marc on the beach in Naples, Florida.
The whole thing was planned as a surprise, coordinated with Marc all the way from NYC, where he and Paige now live together. Paige and her family are originally from Naples, so bringing the proposal back home meant her loved ones could be part of the moment in person, standing close by as it all unfolded.
Paige wore a beautiful beige knit dress, effortless and soft against the beach setting, with no idea what was waiting for her that day. When Marc got down on one knee, her reaction said everything, pure surprise melting into joy in a matter of seconds. Her smile, and his, carried a warmth that filled every single frame.
Having her family there made the moment even more powerful. Watching them react in real time, tears, laughter, hands over mouths, added a layer of emotion that's hard to put into words. It wasn't just a proposal, it was a homecoming moment shared with the people who know Paige best.
